Mirakl is the platform behind various marketplaces. With Backlane, you query the data made available by each seller connection, from offer quantities to open orders. The marketplace, shop and data source remain traceable.
Backlane is currently in open beta. During this limited period, all available features are completely free to use. Any costs for your AI assistant or marketplace accounts are separate.
Which questions can you answer?
01
Which offers have low stock or are inactive?
Check offer quantity, active status and reported inactivity reasons together. This gives you a list of specific offers to investigate without automatically interpreting a reported zero as an empty warehouse.
02
Which orders need my attention?
Check orders awaiting acceptance or shipment, along with open incidents. The analysis separates orders and order lines and can use available shipping deadlines to help prioritise checks.
03
Why did my product import fail?
Examine the import status and available error reports. Distinguish problems transforming the source file from problems integrating it into your marketplace operator's catalogue.
04
How do my offers differ across two Mirakl marketplaces?
Compare available offer data from your connected shops using verified product mappings. Differences in identifiers, retrieval times and missing data are explicitly taken into account.
Which question can you try right away?
MIRAKL /
Stock
Which Mirakl offers are low on stock or inactive?
What you need
Marketplace connection, shop and minimum quantity
What you get
Offer quantities and activity reported as separate findings.
Read all offer pages using OF21 in [Mirakl connection] and [shop], read-only and respecting request limits. My stock threshold is [quantity].
Show offer_id, shop_sku, product_sku, quantity, active and any returned inactivity_reasons. Separate quantities below the threshold, quantity=0 and inactive offers with positive quantities. List missing values separately.
Do not infer activation status from state_code. If an existing OF26 check returns zero, this does not establish whether quantity is zero or the offer is unavailable.
State source, shop, retrieval time and completeness. These values do not prove physical warehouse stock. Do not change offers.
Here is what a response using sample data can look like.
Example inputs
Connection: Mirakl-Demo · Shop: 2000 · Stock threshold: 5 units
Two offers are below 5 units. A third reports 12 units but is inactive. Quantities and activation lead to different next checks.
Data sources: three OF21 offers, all pages covered. The table is an excerpt with confirmed offer_id and shop_sku mappings; no inactivity reason was supplied.
Scroll the table sideways if needed.

Example finding
Next check
801 / DEMO-A
quantity = 0; active = false
Check the zero quantity and activation status in the source system.
802 / DEMO-B
quantity = 2; active = true
Review replenishment for the low-stock offer.
803 / DEMO-C
quantity = 12; active = false; reason missing
Check the inactivity reason with the marketplace.
What this does not establish
Positive stock does not explain inactivity. state_code is not an activation status. Reported offer quantities do not establish physical warehouse stock.
Mirakl is not a shared seller account for every operator. Each marketplace connection has its own context and may cover several shops.
Available functions and data depend on the operator's configuration and your permissions. An available interface does not guarantee access in every shop.
The analysis reflects the state returned by the source. It establishes neither your entire physical warehouse stock nor automatic synchronisation or monitoring.
Common questions
Does one Mirakl login cover every marketplace?
Each integration operates in the context of its marketplace and shop. Choose the appropriate connection for each check; one shop does not provide data from every Mirakl operator.
Can I connect every Mirakl marketplace?
Check the integrations currently offered in Backlane. Even for a supported operator, your account and its permissions determine which queries are actually available.
Can I start by only reading data?
Yes. You can disable write access across your Backlane organisation and start with read-only checks. Analysis then makes no changes to stock, prices or order statuses.
