Help me connect Backlane via MCP. First read the setup guide: https://getbacklane.com/en/setup.md. If you cannot access it, use the basic steps below and ask about the interface I am using. First ask which AI assistant I use and whether I already have a Backlane account. Then guide me step by step: create an account or sign in, connect a marketplace, add Backlane as a remote MCP server in my AI assistant and complete OAuth sign-in. The MCP server URL below belongs in the connection settings; it is not a web page to open. Pasting this prompt alone does not establish a connection. After setup, ask me to list my connected marketplaces through Backlane to check the connection. Create a Backlane account or sign in: https://app.getbacklane.com MCP server URL: https://app.getbacklane.com/mcp
Copy the prompt. Paste into your AI chat. Start setup.

Are your new products live everywhere? Where is data missing? And which ads need a closer look? Bring analysis and everyday tasks together in your AI chat.
Analyse my OTTO ads for the last 30 days against the previous period. Which campaigns are below my target ROAS of 4? Show ad spend, attributed sales and the biggest decline.
Outdoor has dropped from 3.0 to 0.9 ROAS. These three campaigns are below your target of 4:
| Campaign | Ad spend | Ad sales | ROAS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Living | €840 | €1,512 | 1.8 |
| Chairs | €620 | €1,550 | 2.5 |
| Outdoor | €390 | €351 | 0.9 |
30 days · Ad sales = attributed sales. ROAS = ad sales / ad spend.
Shall I break down Outdoor by product and show where the ad spend goes?

The lamp is not live on Kaufland because an image is missing. The stool is under review on OTTO and has no listing on home24:
| Product | OTTO | Kaufland | home24 |
|---|---|---|---|
| LN-204 · Lamp | Live | Image missing | Live |
| ST-112 · Stool | Under review | Live | Not listed |
| TI-510 · Table | Live | Live | Live |
Illustrative comparison by EAN or confirmed SKU mapping. Status reflects the information returned by each marketplace.
Shall I put together a checklist of affected listings with the available error details?
Check my 20 highest-revenue products on Kaufland.de over the last 30 days. Where am I currently not first in the Buybox? Compare total price and delivery time with the leading offer.
Another offer leads for these products. The shelf has the same price, but the leading offer delivers sooner:
| Product | Your price | Rank 1 | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| LN-204 · Lamp | €74.90 | €69.90 | 5–7 / 2–3 |
| ST-108 · Chair | €119.90 | €114.90 | 4–6 / 2–3 |
| RG-302 · Shelf | €159.90 | €159.90 | 5–7 / 1–2 |
Kaufland.de · New condition · Prices include shipping. Delivery in days: yours / rank 1. Current snapshot.
Shall I prioritise these products by past revenue and list specific price and delivery points to review?
Check my product data across all connected marketplaces. Show missing required fields and reported errors by product and channel. Use available import reports and flag any missing data.
These three products have reported gaps in their product data:
| Product | Marketplace | Reported error |
|---|---|---|
| LN-204 · Lamp | Kaufland | Image missing |
| ST-108 · Chair | OTTO | EAN missing |
| RG-302 · Shelf | home24 | Category missing |
Illustrative errors from product data and available import reports. No data has been changed.
Shall I prepare a list of the missing information so you can review the corrections?
Which of my products sell well on OTTO but barely sell on Kaufland.de or home24? Compare the same products over the last 30 days, excluding cancelled items, and show the biggest gaps.
The lamp sells seven times as many units on OTTO as on Kaufland. For the shelf, home24 leads:
| Product | OTTO | Kaufland | home24 |
|---|---|---|---|
| LN-204 · Lamp | 84 | 12 | 8 |
| ST-108 · Chair | 32 | 61 | 7 |
| RG-302 · Shelf | 15 | 9 | 46 |
Units ordered · same 30-day period · excluding cancellations. Products matched by EAN or confirmed SKU mapping.
Shall I compare the lamp’s prices, stock and offer data across the three marketplaces?
Which of my products advertised on OTTO get plenty of clicks but few sales? Compare the last 30 days by product and prioritise by ad spend which product pages I should review.
The lamp has 480 clicks but only 2 attributed units. It should come before the shelf on your review list:
| Product | Clicks | Units | Ad spend |
|---|---|---|---|
| LN-204 · Lamp | 480 | 2 | €144 |
| ST-108 · Chair | 360 | 4 | €108 |
| RG-302 · Shelf | 240 | 12 | €72 |
30 days · Clicks and attributed units from OTTO Ads. These are ad metrics, not total sales.
Shall I check the lamp’s price, product data and availability and put together possible improvements?
